At the very outset, learned State counsel apprised the Court that in the present case, two accused have been granted regular bail and two other accused have been granted anticipatory bail and one coaccused has been found innocent. It is further contended that investigation is almost near completion and final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is to be filed shortly.

On this, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the accused have been roaming freely and have been threatening the petitioner.
