(ORAL) The relief sought in instant writ petition by petitioners is to consider their candidature in respect of selection process undertaken long time back in the year 1999 and offer appointments. I am afraid aforementioned relief cannot be granted to petitioners, as no explanation has come forward to overcome delay and latches, as the relief sought is for appointment to the posts of Revenue Patwari in respect of selection process undertaken in 1999, which petitioners, having assailed upto Hon'ble Supreme Court, were not successful.

No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
