$-& A writ of certiorari is prayed for to quash the decision dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P13) vide which the technical bid submitted by the petitioner has been declared as non1responsive for he failed to fulfill the criteria envisaged under clause 2.2.2.2(ii) of the instructions to bidders. Having argued the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the legal notice dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure P16), the respondents were served with, is pending consideration, he be permitted to withdraw this petition so as to pursue the matter with the authorities in the first instance.
