Learned counsel representing U.T. Chandigarh submits that Chandigarh police has no concern with the investigation of that case or has ever raided to the house of petitioners in order to arrest them. Learned counsel representing State of Punjab submits that in case bearing FIR No. 69, son of petitioner No.1 i.e. Dushyant is accused and is required by the police and none of the petitioners is required in that case.
