Learned counsel submits that the medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs.1,89,865/-, though had been sanctioned vide order dated 08.09.2023, Annexure P-8 at the Government rates in favour of the petitioners for the treatment of their mother, who was suffering from a chronic disease namely Liver Cirrhosis and Hernia and had died, however, the same has not been released till date, regarding which, a notice of demand dated 05.04.2025, Annexure P-9, has been served upon respondents, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the notice of demand dated 05.04.2025, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair MOHIT 2025.05.29 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
