Learned counsel for the petitioners states that now by notification dated 18.06.2014 the State of Haryana has revived the policy of regularization and he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to re-consider the claim of the petitioners in view of the policy notification dated 18.06.2014. Mr.Chaudhary states that he has no objection to this course of action being followed.

In the circumstances this petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization in terms of the policy notification dated 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-10) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
