It is claimed by the petitioner that despite observations of the High Court in different decided cases in Annexures P-3 to P-6, humiliation by the members of Transport truck/tempo Union is being continued. The petitioner appears to have submitted a representation (Annexure P-2) to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana on 9.1.2017. Since the petitioner is claiming enforcement of right accruing from the judgments of this Court Annexures P-3 to P-6, I am of the considered opinion that interest of justice would be adequately met in case this petition is disposed of at this stage, requiring the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to consider the claim of the petitioner as put forth in Annexure P-2 in the light of the observations of the various judgements of this Court. Notice of motion. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Ms.

The petition is disposed of with a direction that Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana will get the matter looked into within a period of two months after the receipt of a certified copy of this order and take appropriate decision, pursuant to the directions of the High Court in Annexures P-3 to P-6.
