This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking the release of her daughter, namely Upasna from the illegal detention of respondents No. 4 to 6.

Mr. Rajender Kumar, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 and files his power of attorney, which is taken on record. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 9.6.2025 passed by this Court, the detenue and respondent No. 4 are present in Court today. 3.

The detenue submits that she is now residing happily with respondent No. 4.

Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
