The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of DDR No.39 dated 18.07.2022 registered under Sections 325, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in case FIR No.87 dated 17.07.2022 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 34 of the IPC, at Police Station Ghanaur, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail all the legally available pleas before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. 3.
