NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to register FIR in cognizable offence against the accused on the basis of complaint dated 11.6.2023 (Annexure P-2) and after registration of FIR, the investigation be handed over to any senior officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to consider and take a final decision on representation dated 28.6.2023 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
