The petitioner is working as Radiographer on regular basis since 2013 in the Health and Family Welfare Department,Punjab. Her claimed medical leave for 131 days between the period from 17.3.2017 to 18.8.2017 has been decided by impugned order dated 19.3.2018 (P-15 whereby 23 days have been sanctioned as Earned Leave and 25 days as medical commuted leave whereas 83 days have been sanctioned as leave without pay.

Petitioner has challenged Annexure P-15 on the ground that there is an infraction of the relevant rules of Punjab Civil Service Rules. However, neither the Rules have been reproduced nor any interplay to support the plea raised.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petitioner with liberty to file a fresh one with complete particulars.
