Learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned State counsel and counsel for Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation-respondent No. 3 have submitted that this appeal is covered by the decision given by this Court in RFA No. 2699 of 2003 titled 'Puran Sukh and others versus State of Haryana and others', decided on 19.5.2006.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the decision given by this Court in RFA No. 2699 of 2003 titled 'Puran Sukh and others versus State of Haryana and others', decided on 19.5.2006. However, the appellant will not be entitled to receive interest and other benefits for the intervening period of 1259 days (i.e. due to delay in filing the appeal).
