, *$-& At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that though numbers of reliefs have been sought but he is only pressing relief No. (c) to command respondent No.2 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner. Admittedly, after rejection of the technical bid offered by the petitioner for labour cartage work of food grains for the year 2019120 pertaining to cluster/centre Sh. Chamkaur Sahib, District Roopnagar, an appeal was preferred on 27.05.2019 which is pending before the Director, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs. Learned State counsel appearing for the State of Punjab on the basis of instructions from Gurnam Singh, Inspector, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, states that notice dated 23.07.2019 has already been issued to the petitioner fixing the appeal for hearing on 29.07.2019 at 11.00 A.M.
