ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the impugned resolution passed in the meeting of respondent No.1 dated 27.09.2020 (Annexure P-18) and challenge is also to the approval granted to an amended governing body of Haryana State Handball Association.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a complaint was moved on 17.12.2019 to District Registrar, Firms and Societies, Bhiwani by Surender Singh Bura Treasurer, Haryana State Handball Association Bhiwani seeking for cancellation of an amended governing body dated06.04.2012, alleged to be wrongfully approved. During the pendency of the complaint, one new Association in the name of HAR Handball Welfare Association has been registered on 09.06.2020 at the office of District Registrar of Industries and Commerce, Jind. Thereafter, on 27.09.2020, a resolution was passed in the meeting of HFI/respondent no.1 SHALINI BHATIA 2021.01.11 21:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
to change the name of the affiliated unit from Haryana State Handball Association to HAR Handball Welfare Association without application of proper procedure as per the rules. Learned counsel submits that petitioners caused issuance of a legal notice dated 14.10.2020 (Annexure P-17) regarding the resolution dated 27.09.2020, but the same has not been adverted by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.

Ms. Mamta Talwar, DAG, Haryana who has joined proceedings on service of advance copy of the petition appears and accepts notice. 5.
Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents, as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into legal notice dated 14.10.2020 (Annexure P-17) and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating it as supplementary representation and decide the same by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
