*** JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is serving as Lecturer in Music and vide order dated 28.12.2017 (Annexure P-1) was transferred from her school of posting at SBS Nagar (Nawanshahar) to school at Ludhiana.

The grievance is set out in the present petition is that inspite of the transfer order, she has not been permitted to join at Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the State was directed to verify the aforesaid facts.

At the time of hearing, reply by way of counter affidavit of Shri Swaranjit Kaur, District Education Officer (SE) Ludhiana has been filed. In the affidavit, it is stated that there was no sanctioned post of Lecturer of Music available at Ludhiana, therefore, she had to continue at a previous place of posting. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required. Dismissed.
