**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondent to lift a blanket ban which has been imposed by the Chandigarh Administration on the registration of land less than 2 kanals falling outside 'Lal Lakir' of Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently certain relevant particulars and documents could not be appended with the present writ petition. He, however, states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and attaching relevant documents.
