(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure P-1) issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the SARFAESI Act') and notice dated 16.09.2015 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
