(Oral) The petitioner has raised multiple issues against the result of Member of the Gram Panchayat declared on 10.01.2016 in which 4th respondent was declared elected. It appears from the averments made in the writ petition that the petitioner has filed an election petition on 30.01.2016 before the competent Civil Court. In these circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Election Tribunal to decide the election petition expeditiously but not later than six months from the date if its filing.
