In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned Tender Notice dated 08.08.2017 (Annexure P-4), whereby, the respondents have floated tender for allotment of Shops/Food Court at ISBT, Sector 43, Chandigarh. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities at the first instance.
