In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to hear and decide the statutory departmental revision petitions dated 24.05.2025 (Annexures P-4 and P-8) filed by the petitioner along with application of stay.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.1 to decide the revision petitions dated 24.05.2025 (Annexures P-4 and P-8) filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner. He further prays that till final disposal of the said revision petitions, no recovery from the salary of the petitioner be made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the revision petitions dated 24.05.2025, within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.

Since the statutory revision petitions are pending and is yet to be decided, no further recovery shall be effected from the salary of the petitioner till the decision of the above said revision petitions.
