(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.0065 dated 10.08.2021 under Section 21 of the NDPS Act (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) registered with Police Station Khanauri, District Sangrur. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 15.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 15.12.2021 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 15.12.2021 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
