(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record copy of the order dated 18.09.2023 and 30.09.2023, passed by Executing Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ganaur, submitting that after the judgments passed by the Courts below, Execution was filed wherein compromise has been effected between the parties and as such the present appeal has been rendered infructuous.

At the same time, learned counsel submits that he came to know about this position only after going through the orders reflected from the website of the trial Court, otherwise, he is not in contact with the appellant. 3.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, present appeal is hereby disposed of having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the appellant to get it revived in case any cause of action still survives.
