TA-815-2024 Filing No.1197/2024, has been filed by the applicant and the same is also pending in the Courts at Malout. It is submitted that the respondent has made appearance in the petition under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and the same is now fixed for recording of evidence. The applicant is not having independent source of earning. In the given circumstances, it is submitted that it is difficult for the applicant to commute a distance of about 200 kilometres, to defend the divorce petition, filed by the respondent-husband.
