On 24.07.2018, this Court has passed the following order:- ''CM-10305-CWP-2018 Allowed as prayed for.

CM-10306-CWP-2018 C.M.is allowed. Annexure P-9 is taken on record. CWP-17723-2018 It is conceded before us that the proceedings under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands Act are at the arguments stage and the case is likely to be decided today. We, therefore, adjourn the present proceedings to 08.08.2018 and direct the competent authority to decide the matter today itself.

If for some reason not attributable to the default of the counsel in appearance or his reluctance to argue the matter,

Till that time dispossession of the petitioners shall remain stayed.''

Mr. Sanjiv Gupta, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent No.6 i.e. Gram Panchayat and submitted that the competent authority had decided the matter even before the aforementioned order was passed by this Court i.e. on 24.07.2018.

Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, we do not find any reason to interfere in the present writ petition. The petitioners may avail of their appropriate remedy against the order passed by the competent authority.

Dismissed.
