(ORAL) Prayer in writ petition is as follows:- "Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari be issued to quash the condition imposed by Advt. No.2/2017 (P-7) by which the respondent University has denied to recognize the students with Ph.D from Singhania University and further a writ in the nature of mandamus be issued to consider the petitioner for interview without the production of the certificate mentioned in the Annexure III of Advt. No.2/2017 for interview for Assistant Professor in Hindi and petitioner be granted all consequential benefits of Ph.D for employment opportunities."

In view of decision taken in CWP No.11677 of 2017, relief as sought by petitioner cannot be granted. No ground for interference is made out.
