Vide order dated 10.09.2021, the petitioner was permitted to participate in the selection process for the post of Constable (driver) in the I.T.B.P subject to the decision of the writ petition. An affidavit dated 18.11.2021 of Dr. Chandan Debnath on behalf of respondent No.4 has been filed wherein it has been stated that in compliance with the directions, detailed medical examination of the petitioner has been conducted at Referral Hospital, Greater Noida (U.P) on 23.11.2021 thereby rendering the present petition infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
