(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari and mandamus for quashing the decision with regard to charging of rate at the rate of ` 23,500/- per square yard for the plots to be allotted under the oustee category to the oustees whose land has been acquired for setting up of IT City/Knowledge Park and with a further prayer to allot the plots to the petitioners under the oustee category as per their eligibility. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before respondent No.2 raising the grievance as raised in the writ petition. However, a prayer was made that a time-bound direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, perusing the present petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, the writ petition is disposed of by observing that in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner within 15 days from today, the same shall be decided by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of next one month from its filing.
