In the present petition order dated 17.08.2015 passed by appellate authority under the Punjab Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order 2003 has been dismissed. A perusal of the order shows that appeal has been rejected purely on the ground that same was filed after a delay of about a week. Besides, the order is cryptic and non-speaking. Under the circumstances, same is hereby set-aside. Matter is remitted to the same authority for decision afresh after hearing the parties. It is made clear that question of limitation shall not stand in the way of the authority while deciding the issue on merits.
