(Oral) This order shall dispose of three writ petitions i.e. CWP Nos. 19465, 19521 and 19558 of 2017 since common questions of facts and law are involved in all the writ petitions. Facts are being taken from CWP No. 19465 of 2017, Satnam Singh vs. State of Haryana and others. The petitioner is challenging the order dated 04.08.2017 (Annexure P-2) whereby, respondent no. 3 has cancelled the transfer order to Jind and sent the petitioner back to Yamuna Nagar where he was initially posted.

It is not disputed that the petitioner was transferred on 04.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) to Jind from Yamuna Nagar though the counsel has argued that on earlier occasions, he had been repeatedly transferred. But the fact remains that the petitioner was only posted at Yamuna Nagar on 03.02.2017. He had remained there for less than 5 months when he was posted to Jind, which transfer itself is against the transfer policy. The respondents are now only rectifying their earlier error and putting the employees back and putting the house in order in view of finding of this Court in CWP No. 13654 of 2017, Rajesh Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 09.08.2017.

Resultantly, this Court is reluctant to interfere in the transfer orders. Accordingly, the present writ petitions being devoid of merit are dismissed in limine.
