(ORAL) This order shall dispose off the afore-captioned two petitions filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.17 dated 7th of March, 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186/279/332/333/353/427/506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 161/160 of Railways Act, 1989 at Police Station GRP Rohtak, District GRP Ambala, Haryana. Ld. Counsel appearing the petitioners have argued that the investigation is complete and challan stands presented and apart from that the complainant has also settled the matter with the petitioners. 3.
Ld. State Counsel does not dispute the fact that the investigation stands completed and challan stands presented. 4.
Further complainant has supported the case of the petitioners to the effect that the compromise has been effected. 5.
Without commenting on the merits of the case(s) and keeping in view the incarceration already suffered by the petitioners and the fact that since the investigation stands completed, there is no apprehension that the petitioners will tamper with the evidence/witnesses, the present petitions are allowed. The petitioners are ordered to be released on regular bail on their furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, concerned.

Needless to say that anything observed herein shall not be construed to be an opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
