Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No. 3 to decide the appeal/representation dated 20.12.2023 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
