(Oral) The present petition has been f filed for issuance of a writ in the e nature of c ertiorari seeking quashing the action of the respondents vide e which the r respondents department did not allow to join the service to the e petitioner in n BC-B category despite of that he was in the selection zone in n BC-B Categ gory and was medically examine ed.

Vide order dated 29.09.2023, the petitioner was directed to o produce the original certificate in question.
