**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) In pre-lunch session, this Court adjourned the matter for 11.11.2019, in the absence of the petitioner. In post lunch session, petitioner appeared in person and submitted that when the case was called, he was prevented to enter in Court premises, owing to suspension of work by the lawyers. The case is again taken up for hearing.

There are certain disputed questions of fact in the present writ petition with regard to enquiry proceedings and statements of the witnesses and same cannot be appreciated in the writ Court. Faced with the aforesaid situation, petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to file civil suit in accordance with law.

Ordered accordingly.
