(Oral) Petitioner is seeking writ in the nature of quo warranto for setting aside order dated 23.11.2017 (P-8) passed by respondent No. 1 giving additional charge of post of Director, FSL, Haryana Madhuban to respondent No. 4. On notice of the petition, a written statement has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 stating therein that charge of the post of Director, FSL, Haryana Madhuban has now been given to Shrikant Jadhav, IGP/SCRB, vide order dated 20.04.2018. This is only a stopgap arrangement as the process of filling of post of Director, FSL, Haryana Madhuban has been stalled, keeping in view pendency of CWP No. 2457-2017 (R-2) Keeping in view the fact that charge to the post of Director, FSL, Haryana Madhuban has now been given to Shrikant Jadhav, IGP/SCRB and the petitioner stands retired, no case is made out for setting aside order dated 23.11.2017 (P-8).
