RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) This petition is filed by the Members of City Club, Phagwara for seeking direction to the respondents to hold elections of the Managing Committee as the rein of the said Club is in the hands of the State functionaries.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied upon a decision of this Court rendered in the case of Lal Chand Lalli Vs. State of Punjab decided on 21.9.2010 passed in CWP No.12808 of 2009.

After notice, the respondents have appeared and the

CWP No.24011 of 2015 #2# Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Vice President, City Club, Phagwara has filed the election programme in court today. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, present petition is disposed of with a direction that the election be held as per Schedule dated 26.2.2016 submitted by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phagwara. This Schedule be made part of the order.
