* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner at this stage essentially seeks a writ directing the respondents to consider the legal notice dated 21.05.2012 (Annexure P-6) demanding interest on the amount of ` 5 lacs paid in the year 2007. 2.

The petitioner's case is that the payment of the installment was deferred, but she did not know of the same till much later. Whether the petitioner came to know of the same later or not is a disputed question which must in the first instance be considered by the respondents. 3.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of prayer (ii) only to the extent that the respondents are directed to consider the legal notice dated 21.05.2012 (Annexure P-6).
