RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 7 to conduct a fair and proper investigation in case FIR No.480, dated 26.11.2020, under Sections 376/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 14, Gurugram.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits, on instructions from ASI Kavita Singh, that after investigation, the investigating agency has prepared a cancellation report in this case and the same is likely to be filed before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate.
