Nagar Mohali, the persons mentioned in para no.2 of the petition were not found to be in illegal custody of private respondents. In fact there was money dispute with their employer and the present petition was filed to settle the dispute. None has appeared on behalf of petitioner.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
