(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 02.01.2015 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.2, whereby, the reference petition filed by the petitioners under Sections 18 & 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short 'the Act') was dismissed. A further prayer has also been made for quashing of the award No.5-J, dated 14.02.2008 (Annexure P-6).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the alternative remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law.
