The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of impugned resumption order dated 21.03.2014 (Annexure P-16) passed by respondent No. 2 and the order dated 16.01.2015 (Annexure P-18) passed by respondent No. 3 vide which the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to a order dated 30.06.2016 (Annexure P-20) passed by the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal No. 14579-2016 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 02.03.2016 (Annexure P-19) passed by this Court in CWP-4229-2016 dismissing the said writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the aforesaid order Annexure P-20, he may be Rishu Kataria 2016.11.10 11:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
