Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite registration of FIR No.121 dated 01.04.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari, no action has been taken by the police for further investigation of the matter despite representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-5).
Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Rewari to look into the grievance of the petitioner as put forth by learned counsel for the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
