3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioners are residents of village Chhari, Sub Tehsil Radaur, Tehsil Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar. They claim that the Gram Panchayat of their village has passed a resolution for the sale of land measuring 3 kanal 8 marla which is in their possession. The petitioners are said to have agreed to pay the market value of the land to the Gram Panchayat. Their grievance in the instant writ petition is that the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar is sitting over the resolution and has not accorded necessary permission due to which the sale cannot be effected. The petitioners are said to have made a representation dated 9.12.2014 (Annexure P-8) in this regard.

We thus dispose of this writ petition, without expressing any views on the entitlement of the petitioners, with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar to call for the records and take an appropriate decision on the resolution said to have been passed by the Gram Panchayat, in MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.02.
