**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the impugned Agenda No. 5065, dated 24.08.2017 (appended as Annexure P-19), passed by respondent No.2. 2.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, perusing the averments made in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, we dispose of this writ petition by permitting the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the pleas as sought to be raised in the present writ petition, before respondent No.2 within a period of two days from today. In case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by respondent No.2 within a period of next five days, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
