[1] Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

[2] This third petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 60, dated 13th April, 2019 under Sections 308, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 307, 324, 325, 341 of IPC were added later on), registered at Police Station City-1, Sangrur, District Sangrur.

[3] The bail application of the petitioner was rejected by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur vide order dated 2nd November, 2019.
