(Oral) Learned counsel for contesting respondent No. 2 submits that since the respondent-Archit Kumar, has already received the amount granted in his favour vide impugned order, dated 9.9.2014 (Annexure P-3), the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
The above said submission made by learned counsel for contesting respondent No. 2 could not be denied by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
