(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to step-up the pay of the petitioners at par with the juniors notionally from the date when they were promoted as Elementary School Headmaster (ESHM) and actually from the date they have joined as ESHM.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent no.3 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 01.04.2025, Annexure P-10, in a specified period. 3.
