This is an application for review of a detailed judgment passed by this Court on 04.07.2022. Yesterday, another review application, filed by the applicant seeking the review of the same judgment, has been dismissed by this Court vide a detailed order, which is extracted as under:- "Through this review application, review of detailed judgment and decree dated 04.07.2022 passed in RSA-7992019, RSA-1012-2019 and CR-406-2020 has been sought. Learned counsel representing the review applicants while referring to the statement of Mr. Pardeep submits that Rs.5,00,000/- was paid by him to Sh.J.S.Luthra, without any reference to Rs.25000/- which was paid by his father late Sh. Prem Singh Luthra.

This Court has relied upon the statement of Sh.J.S.Luthra, the owner of the property. He admits receipt of the entire sale consideration from late Sh.Prem Singh. The statement of his son has to be read in that context. Hence, no ground to review is made out.

Dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of."
