Learned counsel submits that the petitioner, who retired on 31.12.2013 as Panchayat Officer, has not been granted the arrears of pay of dearness allowance and 50% grade pay on enhancement from Rs.3200 to 4200 for the period 01.12.2011 to 28.02.2012, regarding which, a legal notice dated 24.09.2024, Annexure P-10, has been served upon respondents, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 24.09.2024, within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and MOHIT 2025.05.29 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
