[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 7, dated 19th January, 2021 under Sections 341, 399, 402 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal.

[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
