***** As agreed by learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representatives of the respondent-Insurance Company, a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (rupees six lakhs only), over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal, is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has got the consent of appellant No.2 that the enhanced amount be only disbursed to appellant No.1-Sumitra.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (rupees six lakhs only) by way of RTGS in the bank account of the appellant No.1. The details of the saving bank account shall be provided by learned counsel for the appellants to the learned counsel for the Insurance Company within seven days from today, failing which a crossed-cheque for the said amount in the name of the appellant No.1 be deposited with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within four weeks from today, failing which interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of the this order.

National Lok Adalat Bench No.01 The concerned officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/office shall issue proper receipt to learned counsel/representatives of the respondent Insurance Company after receiving the cheque.

The appellant's counsel/appellant may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat. Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
